For ERCO, one of the major producers of lights worldwide, I documented altogether more than 60 projects. The emphasis of the photos is on the spaces they had equipped, as well as "Mensch im Raum" ("Human in Space") and details of objects to demonstrate the precision of the installed lights.
The photos are based on designer Otl Aicher's instructions that all ERCO photos should have a documentary character. To achieve this effect, I had to work quickly and very precise, in production as in post-production.
This is a tight selection of photos that I took in the galleries of Kim Chang-il (aka CI Kim, pictured below), one of the most proficient collectors of contemporary art in Asia.
